Instagram Global Creator Program Producer; Social & Community lead

Executive producer: Michelle Mitchell

Dale TúInstagram's first-ever community-first creator program for Latinx and Hispanic creators — was born from a clear gap: despite being one of the fastest-growing and most culturally influential demographics in the U.S., the Latinx & Hispanic community had never had a dedicated funded creator program at Meta. Dale Tú changed that.

The name says it all — "go off, do your thing." Built on the same blueprint as We The Culture (Meta's program for Black creators), Dale Tú provided aspiring, emerging, and established video-first creators with funding, education, training, partner support, and a dedicated community to grow their businesses on both platforms.

To launch, we partnered with La Nueva Link, a digital community for Latin creatives and media professionals, to bring the program directly to the people it was built for. I led my team on research, branding, and go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally across Product, Content, and Partnerships to bring it to life, and ensured integration of Dale Tú creators during various brand campaigns.
